The ex wife remarried. Our divorce agreement spelled out alimony reductions upon her remarriage. Do you recommend having the lawyer formally submit/request the changes? All i.have is a copy of their wedding announcement - do I have to wait for public record posting of their marriage before I file for alimony adjustment? If there's any other tips please let me know.
