After her moving out in August 2024, we seemed to have reached a verbal settlement agreement. I am hopeful lawyers can paper everything up next week. As negotiations go, I reached a settlement, but had to give up a bunch to get it done and avoid court. I am happy to be almost done, but still don’t feel like I got a fair deal.

The question is: how did you celebrate? What did you hold off doing during the divorce process that you felt free to do after divorce? What couldn’t you do married, but can single. I get the obvious dating/ meeting women answers.

I am planning a trip to celebrate. I want to redecorate the house to my taste. Tempted to buy the sports car, but that feels a little cheesy/expensive. Love to hear your thoughts!
