I separated with my ex-husband because he was cheating and physical/mental abuse me. After 3 years separated, he wanted divorce. But he didn’t contact me in person instead he asked his mum to talk with me. I said I’m not refusing to do paperwork but he needs to talk with me in person and done the paperwork face to face. I don’t know what’s wrong with them, they didn’t contact with me at all. After couple months,his mum asked me my address said she will come to visit us, I was wondering why she wanted to come over as she already said she doesn’t want to see us at her house. So we chose stayed back. Then I realised that he want to take us to the court said I was refusing to divorce, it let me felt very disgusted. So I sent message to his mum: I never said I won’t do the paperwork and I just asked to do it face to face, he needs to speak with me over you instead you speak with me. I just want a nice closure. But they didn’t listen, now the guy deliver document just stay outside my door. I feel very disgusting with them.
