Ok, looking at your posts - she already knows you have seen her texts, etc because you confronted her, but now with the lockdown in place, and she's acting all nice and good for now while she's stuck at home.

listen to /u/NohoTwoPointOh - what you really must do is play dumb/unobservant to her activities and not tip your hand that you are thinking of divorce. I'm sure she wishes that things were like they were before you found her out, so if you act like it, she's much more liable to buy it and relax her guard. If you mention stuff, even a bit, she's will go back defcon 1, denying, deleting and destroying.

I know you are in a no-fault state, and she apparently was int he planning stages but may not have consummated things with her AP ... (yet) but you still need to collect and record all the evidence you can get of her activities as they still may come in useful - they may still be considered if it comes to asset division or to counter lies she spreads about you to friends and family. Has she deleted her texts already? locked down her phone?

Have you considered tipping off the principal's wife? or even done any 'research' on him? (Amazing what you can get from public records and background check websites). If she goes forward, you could make his life rather tough (tell wife, school board, etc).

You're a character in a Spy Thriller now - you're deep under cover and some twists and turns are ahead. Lots of online resources to help you plan how to fight for your kids and for a divorce battle. - Keep any such research hidden - clear browser history, etc. Take the long view.
