I spoke to lawyers , but I felt they are really taking 3k for documentation and raised their hands. 1) How to select a good lawyer ? 2) how to avoid lawyer rip off ?, Heard that lawyer fees can cost exuberant and lawyers tend to drag to get more money. 3) Does mine and STBXW attorney cost is deducted on what I owe to her other than maintenance cost ? Let’s say my bank account has 50k at the beginning of divorce and me and my TBX attorney cost at the end comes to b 10k+10k. Do I owe her 15k or 25k at the end of divorce ? Just need guidance to finish this off faster
