I can't decide if this is good or not. It started off fantastic, but in the end after deciding what she did was utterly unacceptable, so much so that he does deserve a divorce, she still got alimony. If you have to prove fault to get a divorce then the one at fault shouldn't get a lifetime payout.

This is a nothing burger. TLDR: She said mean things about her husband. That's par for the course with women during divorce, because it's never their fault and are incapable of being accountable or accepting personal responsibility.

I read it differently. I thought he used her saying that as grounds for the divorce. I assumed, I don't actually know India's laws, that it was an at fault divorce country and he found justification for the divorce in her slanderous attacks. And a judge agreed with him that it was fault enough.
