My ex of 12 years moved out 7 months ago. She's now 7.5 months pregnant with her new fiancee's kid (so she got knocked up while living with me). We were never married but have 4 kids together, ages 3-8. She has been completely unwilling to negotiate on a parenting plan, the house she left, the van she drives, the camper, or anything. She finally agreed to an equal 50/50 parenting plan after her false assault accusation attempt failed which led to the judge giving me full custody until she agreed to a fair parenting plan a couple months ago, but she still refuses to negotiate anything else. Now she is suddenly in a big hurry to get child support figured out. Will it benefit her to get CS set before popping out a kid with someone else? Should I hold off until she has that kid? We're in Illinois. My lawyer doesn't seem too sure & her lawyer has been pretty shady throughout the process. She's been very calculated & vindictive since the moment I said I wanted to split, so I'm just wondering if I'm being gamed here.

Edit: I understand CS is on the table, I'd like to know if she's in a hurry to get it done b4 having this kid thinking she'll get more now than after she has a kid with someone else.
