I’ve contributed to this thread but never was an author. Heres the sitch… Last year (during mediation) my ex didnt want me at my childs bday party even though we were still under the same roof. Lawyers got involved and since the party was in a public space not only did I attend, but I helped set up party and brought the gifts home because she was ill prepared. In ‘22 I won a trumped up DV charge and exclusive occupancy case (provided judge recordings of her physical abuse towards me) The inevitable child molestation accusation followed which of course was unfounded but stressful nonetheless. My goal was to be last man standing in the home and I accomplished that.

Today I got an email saying our daughter wants both of us at her upcoming birthday which is on my parenting time. I refuse to coparent with this person and only parallel parent so I told her I have plans with my daughter.

TLDR Ex accused me of DV and raping our kid. Wants to stay friendly “for the sake of the child” I dont want to be in same space with her during my parenting time and limit contact as much as possible.

Record early and record often fellas. Dont move out of the home.
