Hello, I am a Veteran (US Marine Corps), that was married to my ex-spouse, but our marriage was later annulled, meaning we were never officially recognized as married. During our time together, we acquired a VA home and a vehicle. My ex-spouse utilized my military benefits for the VA home but didn’t contribute financially to either the home or the car. When we decided to part ways, she didn’t claim any rights to these assets, in the annulment she indicated, "No assets or debt" because I had paid her cash for any debt she believe I am have incurred for her. Additionly, I offered her the chance to stay in the home if she helped with half the mortgage and costs since it would have become a financial burden for me, she chose to leave and hasn’t pitched in since. Now, I’m seeking to remove her name from both the VA home and the vehicle due to her lack of financial involvement.

I have evidence I am the sole contributor towards both loans. I have evidence that without my military or veteran status she wouldn't qualify for a VA Home loan or membership with USAA that our Auto loan was through.
