I recall it vaguely, and it does offer insights into how people behave and how power dynamics function, mostly in professional environments I think it would be a good career related book. A quick review of the basic tenants, a lot of it is commonsense to me but I think it leans heavily into manipulation, strategic deception, and often playing people against each other for political purposes. I tend to be genuine and authentic in an effort to be true to my own values, so not all of it aligns with who I am and what I'm about. I think everybody should approach these types of self help books with a degree of skepticism and take from them what might help them be a better person.
