I had a few question regarding custody. I got divorced a year ago and ex wife decided she didn’t want custody and has visitations every other weekend.

I currently have not filed for child support and it would be so minimal it wouldn’t even matter. However, I was thinking that I could save it for the kids college fun. My question is can she filed for 50/50 custody at some point. She is not heavily interested in parenting but just trying to figure out what I need to be aware of in the future.
