About a year ago my ex and I decided I give her full custody, but under the condition that I can see them at any time. I thought it was gonna be mutual an amicable and it was at the beginning But as time goes by depending on her mood, it became more and more difficult. It would be a huge list if I were to explain here, but basically intolerable. I have expressed my concern that I cannot see the kids peacefully because you’re giving me a very difficult time. if you’re in a bad mood, I cannot see them under your supervision in a meaningful way, where I can build fatherhood or build relationship with them. She simply says I don’t care about your feelings. I gave you time to see them.
It’s been a year I was wondering, can I reopen my case and fight for custody rights to see them on my own time?
