I keep reading on here to gather documents showing I take and pick up the kids every day from school/daycare/dr appointments but my attorney is saying that I should not reach out to them for this as it breaks the chain of custody. Thoughts on this? I somewhat disagree as I’m concerned they may not get what they need from everyone and we have a temp hearing in a couple weeks.
