Here's the thing, the court system her lawyers and even sometimes your lawyer wants you to give up they're gonna drag you from a car for months and months sometimes years to see if you can outlast, they're trying to break you mentally and financially, you will not give up, repeat after me, the only person who can give you less then 50% time is the judge.

Women win the majority of custody battles because men settle for shitty deals. I chit chat with 10 different guys who have been through custody battles and the majority of them are in my state and the number 1 thing they say, number one thing they say is I regret settling i should have went to trial. Some have settled at 45 40 35 etc and they all say the same thing DO NOT SETTLE.

Money and time right now is just gonna be lost big time, but you will rebuild better trust me, you will rebuild mentally financially and physically much much better.

Sorry to hear that. This miserable time of sorting everything out is temporary. However you will have to live with the results for decades. Think really hard about what you want your life to be like. I think you will need to buck up, take a loss on the lawyers fees, and try to win your case. Don’t give up hope just yet. The judge hasn’t even made a ruling!

I would want my kid back in her school district now. And I would make my stand on that issue in court and try to get 50/50 custody near you.
