Ok.... well its been 5 months scene separation. She left me, stayed at the "homestead". Was Dating Less then a week later, with a "friend of ours" of 5 years. That I have been questioning her about for months. 50/50 verbal agreement on kids. No fillings yet, even though she said she was. I am getting agreement to mediation. have a 4y/o boy and a 12y/o boy. Love my sons.

Im working on starting a contracting company, if there hasn't been any filling done yet. Could the courts see that as an asset we share? or a Fifth wheel i'm about to fiancee? Renting here is expensive, plus i have no rental history because, of life choices and buying the homestead. Plan is with the contractor company, is I can work my ass off without the kids, then be able to enjoy the time when i do have them. Plus been thinking about it for a few years now.
