I’ma 47 year old father of 3 Young daughters. They live with their mother 1000kms from me. They all live with her parents.

The parenting plan states 2 x phonemes for the absent parent (invariably me).

Last week she told me she is limiting the time to 15min per child as it interferes with their ‘normal’ life.
