I’m post divorce. Ex wife has remained friends with the wife of the neighbor next door (single family home). Ex wife attends football parties at their home by driving there and parking in their driveway.

I was sitting in my living room and she makes gestures towards my house ie the one finger salute and waving her thumb and index finger together with her arm meaning money!

I believe the only reason she goes over there is she just wants to view my house and see what is going on.

Is this restraining order material?
