I'm 40 years old and have been married 14 painful years. My wife actually committed adultery before we even received our divorce papers ( we're doing this uncontested) and I've never been divorced this is her second. We have two teenage girls, one daughter together. Man this whole process has shredded me to pieces and I've yet to reach out for help to anyone because the lack of funds. So I've read up on a lot of things and our marriage fell apart years in the making and I threatened divorce many times before. She wants to take the girls to another state for a better education apparently and she has military friends there. I want to leave as well but not where she is planning to move to. Any advice on handling an uncontested divorce where I'll obviously be paying child support? I'm like a deer in headlights about all of this since December and the DIY packet just arrived yesterday.
