Wife left the house with our child and moved back in with her family in October 2017. I tried to reconcile early 2018 but noticed it wasn't going anywhere so I filed. 2020 after 2 lawyers, first one sucked horribly, we finalized the divorce. But here it is now, I'm going back to court because she's in contempt. This whole time I've been trying to survive financially but am struggling. Even after doing tons of overtime at my job I'm still down financially. I'm glad I have a lawyer who is the down to earth fighting type and he has my back, but I am afraid I can't pay him. It's hard to recover financially due to the child support and paying back loans from the previous divorce process. I am topped out at my job and it was around the same time I topped out that she left. I'm trying to find other means to make money but it gets scary because the better I do, the more she could take. Any ideas other than uber,? Because my car is on its last leg. I'm trying crypto and found some success but am not savvy in that area.
