I asked my lawyer twice for copies of correspondence between her and opposing counsel as well as updated financial documents she received from ex wife and I haven’t received a response to that at all. I don’t feel comfortable paying bills not knowing exactly what is being exchanged especially as I don’t feel like we both see 1:1 in this case. I had a lawyer earlier on the same case who cc’ed me in all emails and added me to a Dropbox with all received documents so I felt pretty included and pointed things out to her that was helpful in court. Now I’m completely in the dark and I don’t feel in control of the situation.

Is my ask uncommon or is it pretty standard?
