I need some advice. I was told that my STBX will be filing for a legal separation since she needs $2000 for a divorce which she is currently working on getting the funds for it.

My union offers family court / divorces for $600 which I will do, since I know my STBX will make my life hell and try her best to make sure that I’m not in my children’s lives.

I just want to know what to expect? I’m guessing that I’ll have to be served papers for the legal separation and sig papers agreeing to whatever terms she wants, but what if I don’t agree with her terms?

What can I do?
