here’s some backstory.

so since then, we’ve served her interrogatories and set a deposition date. dawg we’ve asked for everything in the interrogatories from financial info, mental/health records, job information, list of any witnesses, detailed recollections of the abuse accusations, why I shouldn’t get custody, sexual partners since we’ve been married, etc etc. I know she is overwhelmed like a mf. it’s 17 deep ass, nosey ass questions. goal is to attack her credibility and impeach her. I’ve got a lawyer with 20+ years experience and he’s a fuckin shark. my stbx said my lawyer was an idiot cause we asked for a continuance at the first hearing considering it was like 4 days after I got served so obviously we couldn’t prepare a defense for all the bullshit she threw on the PO. we’ve got the next hearing mid Feb and she’s getting deposed late Jan.

I’m curious have any of y’all used a similar strategy for ya exes who took out a PO with a million bogus allegations against you?
