I have been thinking about divorce for a while, and I'm not sure what to do. We dont fight really, there just seems to be nothing there. I have a step daughter (12f), but I feel like most of the time I am staying for her and the dog. I never minded being single, but when we got married I felt like this will be good, someone to do things with, share experiences with, but from the start of the marriage she has wanted nothing to do with each other. She really isnt interested in anything, but watching tv. She works three jobs, which kind of sucks, we dont share bank accounts, and I still pay the majority of the bills. I feel like most days we got married only so she could get help with her kid, so she could be career woman, and help financially(she was in a ton of debt). Has anybody been in this situation, where there has been no crazy fighting, but stuck in a shitty limbo... Oh, we don't fight much, but a ton of nitpicking and shitty arguments, like I do the dishes but always something wrong, wrong detergent, not crazy yelling and screaming fights, but just almost everything I do is wrong. I hate to bring this up as well, but sex life has also dwindled, partly due to her gaining a lot of weight, partly other things. I know this propably, shouldnt be a factor, but due to her childcare decree I had to move an hour and a half from my job, friends, and hobbies while she got to stay 5 miles from her parents. I became a parent over night and helped her a lot with her responsibilities, and paid 90 percent of the household bills. I knew what I was getting into, but when you feel like your sacrificing way more than the other person, makes it hard when they are bitching at you. We dont fight a ton, but damn....Thanks for hearing me out.
