Dear Beloved Men,

Firstly, thank you for this group and people helping each other with their experience and tips/ideas to get through the horrible & terrible phase of life.

I am going through terrible in every aspect for past 4+ years ever since i have been emotionally kicked out from the house.

My wife has been emotionally ,physically abusing me for past several years, with help of her father from india, and some friends circle in the US and she has been constantly blackmailing through some guys and one day she picked fight with me and stepped out and I received a call from guys to step out of the house. I stepped out just for the sake for my kids to continue their schooling & life and thought that this will help ease out the situation. However, My wife filed Restraining Order to keep me away from kids for no reason and was successfully able to extend with false accusations & lies to get the order continue extended for four years until now, thus she was able to alienate kids from father in every possible way and now she filed a divorce, but judge still didn’t bother to give child visitation to father despite father has applied couple of petitions, but none was helpful for father. Why the court or judges doesn’t even see the clear pattern that she is misusing the judicial system to keep kids away from father and continue with false accusations/lies.

I am almost at the edge & end of my life, but i still hoping to see my kids, so am fighting my best efforts and dont want to give up for my kids. I really need help with divorce proceedings as recent hearing was once again no luck for me as judge ordered to pay 77% of gross income towards child support without any parenting time and now completely broken with huge child support without seeing my kids. I am happy to pay child support as i had been paying even before court order, however the 77% is absolutely unreasonable as i can’t even pay my rent/food etc., and have to pay car loan, medical, & Indian property payment etc., and i can’t even pay a penny to my mother who lives in india relying on me to cover her medical & food expenses.

I really appreciate if you guys can share your experience with recommendations/suggestions

Need help with following :

  1. What are rights of a father to get back to kids? What are best reasons to quote/discuss during the court hearing to get back to my kids?
  2. How do i request to cut down the child support as i can’t live with merely 20% gross income that doesn’t even cover rent/food expenses ?
  3. What are pre-cautionary steps to save money/property esp RSUs, 401k and property(in India)?
  4. What are pre-cautionary steps to fight or demand upfront during divorce to safeguard future issues?
  5. Best Possible demands/requests to put in the final divorce on child custody, future earnings, property and other financial situations?
