Here is the situation, My friend with a 4-year-old daughter, is undergoing a divorce( which is not finalized). She asked for a divorce and as soon as the divorce papers were signed she went to a different country(X) for 20 days with their daughter. The wife is most probably having an affair with a guy in this different country, but claiming to have got a job there. She has always been a stay-at-home mom, but suddenly she says she has a job offer and does not even show any proof of that. She says she wants to move there with their daughter. She is asking my friend to move with her when they have a house here and the guy's job is here. He is not agreeing to that, so she is threatening him she will file domestic violence charges against him. He has never done anything like that, but looking at the laws favoring women he is scared. She keeps on threatening him that he will lose everything. He is already moved out of the house and is living in a hotel because she is cornering and screaming at him all the time to get him to sign the consent for her to take their daughter to this different country (X). She already has 2 divorces and she did the same with other kids. She divorced after every time the kid turned 2 years to 4 years old. One of the kids has never seen his father since she moved here from her native country. My friend is very distraught.
