My ex whom I've been divorced from for less than a year had filed to change the dissolution agreement (in CA) Less than a year after it entered in effect.

That request got rejected last week.

Yesterday she decided to make my life hard, and change my pickup times from 5pm to "after school". Which happens to be around 1pm ish.

I had never picked up my kids prior to 5pm before.

I entend to let her follow her crazy, receive a phone call from the school and then take her pack to court and get more custody.

I personally do not believe she will let the kids rot after school, just to get at me. But if she does, I'll definitely use it against her.

It is inhumane of me to wish for her to do such a mistake ?

Should i go pickup my kids tomorrow after school as she's forcing me to do ?
