So she was denied spousal support based on the fact she couldn't prove that we are married based on her late decree filling . My lawyer isn't advising me very solidly as I feel he should be . So I'm in VA 12 years no kids opinions on my next move . Ps I can shoot her decree apart pretty well as to why we aren't married.
