I'll be in court next week fighting a "Motion to compel" my ex's lawyer filed. She meant to file a "motion of contempt" but she is a very stupid lawyer. I spoke with another lawyer friend of mine and he says it will definitely get thrown out, not even because it was the wrong motion, but because she is literally complaining that I did not give her back a blanket, a teddy bear, and a toy. This is going to cost me $1000 over literal worthless junk.
