I live in Indiana, and my wife and I are divorcing after 25 years. My parents gave me about 9 acres of undeveloped land (where I grew up and they still live). The property is only in my name, but I was married to my wife when they gave it to me.

Will the court require us to split that, or does it matter that it was a gift to me and only in my name? It's worth up to 500k, so it matters a lot.
