Evening Gentlemen. I wanted to give a update on the current protective order that was given to me just the other day.

Today i met with my lawyer. I explained the situation with him and even showed him the video of her friends being aggressive in the house and he pointed out a couple things that are big in my favor.

  1. The moment my STBX left the house, they are no longer considered guests since they were invited by her and yet they stayed for a good bit after she had left to I guess try and provoke something out of me. That is a huge win for me because since her protective order failed to get me out of the house they are trying to find some reason to get me violent(TBH I really wanted to handle that myself but thank god i was level headed and kept recording). Here in VA they do not play around with that. He said that we can counter claim against them and they have to potentially get rid of all their firearms and he might even get in trouble with the Navy.
  2. I didn't even see this on the order but apparently she has custody over our dogs(3) yet she had left without even taking them which shows a form of abandonment in the case. My lawyer also said this is a huge win for us because it shows that there really is lack of any danger present in the house by me if she was so willing to have custody of the dogs but yet leaves them with me and the courts will be in favor with me.

I felt much better and yet I'm still very hurt about this whole situation but I at least wanted to give you guys some very good news. Ill be seeing him again this week with my witnesses to give evidence of how she treated me and my guests.
