Anyway, the comment said, "Courts don't side with mom's, they side with victims, and men don't like being victimized." I found that really interesting. As the "victim" in my divorce, I've done very well in court. The judge saw things my way, gave me 50% custody temporarily, and no child support. Ex came in shouting and pointing fingers and putting her fingers in her ears when asked if she considered marital counseling. The judge clearly saw who cheated and who was cheated on, and sided with me. Just food for thought. Obviously your mileage may vary.
