Hello everyone,
I have some doubts and hopefully someone will be able to enlighten me.
I have a court order fixing the visit schedule (temporary, until the whole child residence + permanent visit schedule is fixed). The issue is this schedule was set to be fulfilled at my ex's residence.
Last February I was there in order to see my son, for 4 days, as it was decided, and she provoked me every day. I avoided everything until the last day, when I couldn't bear it and I tried to leave her house because she was trying to provoke me and also to register with the smartphone.
After all that, both me and her made criminal complaints.
So now I would very much love to go and see my child, especially because at the beginning of June is his birthday, but I am too afraid that something will happen. Everyone in my family is telling me not to go.
How do you see this? Also because at the last hearing she accused me that I do not fulfill my visit right (in the optics of probably asking for full custody).
Thank you
P.S. The place of her residence is Eastern Europe. I live in Western Europe.
