1. Alright so I want to put my kids in head start. The mom was not cool with it at first but I talked her into it. But the catch is that she wants them to go to school in the city she lives in next year. Right now we have joint custody of the kids. They are with me 5 days out of a week. The schools here have much better school programs here where I live at, and it’s better community all around. So should o take her to court next year? What should I do bout it?

  2. The kids are with me dang near five days out of the week as o said in previous question. I take them to doctors appointments and everything else. She wanted to get the kids on her days off. I’ve been told to take her to court to get off child support. But I only pay 200 a month. She also gets food stamps which I don’t understand why. So idk if I should take her to court or just leave it how it is and not make things worse?

*als she stated that she wanted them to be with her next year cause she feels she will be in a much better position next year than where she is now. I don’t know how to feel bout that.

Just please give whatever advice you have. This is really stressing me out. Thanks!
