Haven’t posted in a while. Filed for divorce after the new year, been pushing for her to move out. She can’t afford our rental on her own. She’s been dragging her feet for a while. Finally got a court date for custody hearing so I can move out. She hired a lawyer two days before and he got the date pushed out another week. There has been zero communication about the divorce or custody. She twists every conversation to our relationship and how she’s been a better person the last couple weeks. All she says is that she needs the kids and time with them but won’t say what arrangement she wants. I have pushed for an even split of time. Anyone else dealt with being stonewalled on all issues and how did you deal with it?
