I wanna divorce my wife for so many reasons... i started once two months ago but withdrew it to give my family a chance. We have a kid which is my life... we dont have assets, separate accounts... she has more money than me because i stayed home for 2 years. But by law i can only prove that we have same wage formally because she has cash money and getvpaid under the table... anyway dont want her money. I want 50/50 child custody and ideally dont pay child support or at least pay no more than 500$ month. I say these because my finances are tight... and i cnat live same home(rented, not owned) and sooner or later im gonma move. Even if i see the baby only three days a week im be ok with that... this woman destroying my self esteem!!! Once I start the divorce if she doesn't agree for an agreement, move or stay in the house during this time(gonna be hard) do i search for a studio living on my own gonna be expensive or search for roomate in the beginning?
