The top comments say that she's stressed about being the breadwinner and shouldn't have to tell a grown man what to do.

He's perfectly fine interacting with women in a professional context but doesn't feel comfortable befriending them yet. A female coworker pushes his boundaries after finding out that he's uncomfortable around women and he gets labeled the asshole.

He gets labeled an asshole for it when you know the same label wouldn't be given to a woman who doesn't want to be called a housewife.
