When posting screenshots or other content to our forum, please ensure that all personal information is redacted before sharing. This includes names/usernames (even fantasy ones), profile pictures/avatars (even generic ones), any links or references to personal information, and other identifiable details.

Everything that isn't essential for understanding a post should be removed by default to prevent unnecessary discussions about what qualifies as personal information.

Exceptions may be made for celebrities, politicians, CEOs, journalists and other individuals of public interest on a case-by-case basis. In those cases, information about third parties must still be removed, even if that information was originally posted by the celebrity. Don't post anything inviting harassment, don't harass, and don't cheer on or upvote obvious vigilantism.

To redact the information, hide or cover the content with color. Sloppily covering the information may result in its removal. To represent different users in a chain of comments, assign distinct identifiers such as different colors or numbers.
