I like a lot of female musicians (if that’s one of the things that “artists” is referring to), I don’t know any female thought leaders, I don’t listen to podcasts, I haven’t read any books in a long, I don’t aspire to be like a specific person.

This feels like the original was trying to gotcha men who don't do or watch anything women or feminine related. That would he acceptable context, but it's way too vague.

Most men who have any interests that extend into the arts, history, philosophy, etc will just...naturally consume works from women and not think twice about it. Because that's just how natural curiosity works when you like something? I didn't grow up reading fantasy fiction and balk anytime I saw a female author's name on the cover. I read it all because it interested me.

I grew up listening to pretty much every genre of music thanks to a family with a wide range of tastes - pop, rock and metal, hip-hop and R&B, even country. I didn't care if my was my dads 70s and 80s rock or my mom's Whitney Houston (Queen of the Night is a goddamn all-time banger) and Toni Braxton (Unbreak My Heart is the smoothest shit ever) and Celine Dion...I grew up digging it all.

And really, this comment just screams: "Like the stuff I like!" Do you think she will be assed to even pretend to care about the stuff he likes? Doubt it.
