Doesn’t sound redpill, but he damn sure does sound pretty narc-ish, or enough to raise a flag. Either way that screams pathological insecurity, and at the least just sounds ridiculous.

Yes, he’s trying to make you emotional and feel less while artificially raising your perception of his “value” in relation to you, so you’ll eventually instinctively depend on him for happiness. Given enough time, it will happen. Pretty absurd. Get away now.

It could easily be unconscious/subconscious but it could also be an intentional strategy to make you feel bad about your appearance. If there were ten rules for dating monotonously and not being an asshole “don’t talk about the hotness of other people” would be one of them. You tell him because you would want him to tell you if something you did/said routinely made him feel bad. Y’all should be equal partners who are allowed to express what you want from each other, including manners.

What happens if you tell him it makes you uncomfortable when he discusses his attraction to other women?

Like the other poster said, may or may not have anything to do with redpill, but he sounds like he's a bit of a narcissist. Giving him a chance to adjust his behavior though, and see if he actually does will help solidify if he's worth your time or not.

In other words, if you're clear on what what makes you uncomfortable, does he apologize? Does he work to stop doing things that make you upset/uncomfortable? If so, he might just be immature and not a narc. If not, he's not worth putting up with.

I’m not sure if it’s redpill but it’s definitely a manipulation tactic. All the comments telling you to talk it out with him will most likely lead you to being gaslit and will also affirm that his manipulation tactics are working. He know what he’s doing when he’s constantly bringing it up. Guys who actually like their girlfriends and see them as human beings with feelings would never do that. My opinion you should break it off
