Hi everybody! I made a comment on someone's thread here a few days ago suggesting someone read All About Love by bell hooks, and thought it might be a nice book to do a book club with. I was thinking of starting up a discord, maybe meeting every 3 weeks/month or so and discussing a chapter. I've never hosted one before but if it goes well I have a few other books I've been wanting to do, less with a focus on romantic love and more with a focus on being in community with others. we are all more alienated than ever before, and I think this could be a really fun way to ease up on that and practice our social skills.
