other than not watching content that exploits those who look into it. I mean I started looking online for advice when I had broke up with my ex of almost 3 years back almost a 10 year ago. That's when the whole red pill idiology started and a lot of it made sense. (eg, be masculine, take care of yourself, improve , get a good job, no contact rule etc etc. And I begin to by into that mindframe because most of it was positive and got me out of my lowest point. However, with that it became more misogynistic and hating and blaming women.

I don't hate women at all but now its more like since it is becoming more mainstream with content creators and the likes of tates a lot of the ideas still run true about women in general. I guess I just want to protect myself from being hurt again. I'm at that age that I want to settle down with kids and I don't want to believe what people are saying to be true like she will get bored with you and will eventually cheat. Or, you need to be super masculine and hold a good job or else she will monkey branch to someone better. Keep going to the gym to look good or else... and how you have to keep boundries and make her submissive and don't allow her to go out with friends or have male friends. generally just toxcity but I can't help but believe that to be true..
