Essentially it's for people who were involved with the red pill in some way - often PUA but also MGTOW, incels, the 'manosphere' in general, who have realised that pretty much all of the ideas that come from those areas are toxic and can cause (or, sadly, already have caused) damage to their mental health, social lives, emotional connections etc.

It's also a place where people who are in the process of leaving/coming to that realisation, or who have recently left, can talk about which ideas they still struggle with letting go of and we talk about why those concepts are incorrect and harmful.

'True' red pill is the ideology that the media and some influencers portray that women will always turn their back once they get a better option like having a better job then you, and all that jazz. They'll belittle you once they think your not enough and will always strive for better. And if they find someone they think is in a higher league then them and you, then they wont miss the chance to sleep with them/leave you for them for them to feel they are at the same level as the 'high value person'. Red pill also have great ideas like self improvement but bad ideas aswell. People in this sub realize that not all that the media portrays is true hence ex red pill but they still do follow practices that they believe in. Jesus i turned a one sentence answer into a long ass one.

Im on the fence, I stumbled on mgtow and red pill last year and a lot of stuff just makes sense. And I see many examples in everyday life and media. Will and jada Smith really is what made say ok maybe the redpill is right.

Have you guys still had success leaving red pill behind? Be honest.
