Which is why I’m a fan of Manson and a few other guys who get that there are some rules of attraction and you should have your shit together but that women have agency too. Hell my wife is smarter than me and a good leader which is something that RP says cant happen.

I searched the Kindle version for Rollo's name and it didn't come up. I don't think he mentions him at all. It's a solid book. One of my favorites.

I've read Models many years ago at the same time as The Rational Male and I'm pretty sure Mark predates Rollo. Mark is an ex PUA but closer to Neil Strauss than the Manosphere. He has raised some critiques of modern feminist praxis but he isn't politically antifeminist, that is, therefore his writing does not start from the premise "your circumstances are because of feminism" whereas Rollo's does. He's more into behavioural pathology and attachment theory from what I saw. There's maybe a little bit of NLP in there but honestly it's mostly practical CBT for dating and social skills. Furthermore Rollo believes in hypergamy whereas Mark believes in assortative mating, which is effectively homogamy but broader than socioeconomic status towards value alignment.
