I guess I could call myself a near-incel for most of my life. I was outwardly mostly normal, gotten attention/kisses/oral from girls and was social, just a virgin until I was 22 and incredibly insecure. Didn't have a lot of anger towards women, more just jealousy. I subscribed to a lot of red-pill beliefs about hypergamy, all that.

I've made a lot of changes in my life over the past 6 months and have largely broken free of my past. I lost my virginity, had 3 flings with extremely attractive girls, and currently have a great FWB situation with a girl that lives on my block who I see almost every other day.

Prior to this change, I didn't really care about female validation at all. On a deeper level, of course I did, but since I wasn't attempting to make moves on any women, I didn't think about them or what they though of me at all (just my own hopeless situation, because I thought I had no chance with them). Now that I do get attention from women, I find that I'm extremely obsessive about this attention, and think about possible new sexual partners, the sex I had yesterday, the sex I'll have tomorrow, whether the girl I'm seeing is going to want to keep seeing me, etc. etc... I still have the underlying thought patterns from my past, whenever a girl ends it with me I feel like I'm never going to find another girl again that wants to sleep with me, and I think this is the root of my issue.

Has anyone else experienced this and have some advice?
