He basically says money is a big reason why women are attracted to men, but as long as they stay loyal they're not goldiggers. He's describing hypergamy with a touch of mental gymnastics. This is red pill hamstered down.

There are many women out there who couldn't care less about your money, but as soon as you subscribe to the belief that you need to be in a higher socio-economic level than your partners so they can keep attraction for you, you're going to attract women who will value you for your wallet and there's no beautiful way to put it.

This gets me think the most. What do you think he means by "socio-economic hierarchy"?

For a woman, the metric is: Select men higher on the socio-economic hierarchy, WITHOUT compromising loyalty & integrity. If these qualities are of no regard, then its safe to assume she’s seeking abundance of materials from the apex man, ie gold digger
