Poly might be a bit too much for me, but I'd be ok with a semi open relationship where we include a third person for a threesome once in a while or go on a date/sex with someone else provided that both partners agree.

He's the one who makes dozens of posts about cuck culture, but most of them seem to get deleted. There's a post from him right now about how porn is cuck culture.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:53 PM

You got a raccoon? 🥰🥰🦝🦝
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:48 PM

But what if the slut realizes there's no other man who does her as good as you do? Is she allowed to retire then or will you require that she keeps slutting it up?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:46 PM

Dear FlamingCoochies, I just came here to say that cuckoldry is a valid fetish to have, there's no need to angrily project it on the rest of us perverts who post on PPD. We have our own fetishes and there's no need for us to deal with yours too. With love, Tiposk
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:43 PM

Yeah, it does, there's just nothing in the comment that's harassment.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:23 PM

Most women aren't UMC and UMC people are surrounded by other UMC people, not necessarily rich people. OP makes it sound like most women say this, which I don't think is the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:04 PM

Which women say this? I don't think anybody is surrounded by the rich unless they're rich themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 05:45 PM

Your group of friends seems worse than a PPD meeting.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 05:29 PM

I prayed, but God sided with the admins
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 05:24 PM

We should take over reddit and purge all the current admins.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 05:23 PM

Thanks, but that would mean that the Reddit bot is failing to recognize harrassment, or is it possible that the report was from a non-ppd user? Would that look different to a PPD mod?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 04:44 PM

Yeah, but my message got ignored.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 04:32 PM

Just got back from a 7-day Reddit suspension for "harassment". Looks like someone reported a sarcastic reply I made to somebody else as the person I replied to was just laughing and agreeing. Reddit admins are a bunch of retards and the person who reported me is a little cunt. CMV

I don't think you're missing out. If you're that curious, get wine or beer once you're with someone you trust.

I don't know. Keep in mind I never said everyone was toxic, I said "if everyone would turn toxic". It's a hypothetical scenario where "everyone" includes me, but I can't marry myself so...
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 09:54 PM
2

Plenty of people in trad cultures are toxic af too and those around them are still forced into marriage, and that's the point, I could at least be alone in the West.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 09:45 PM
1

The West is one of the very a few shitholes I like. At least I can choose not to marry if everyone was to turn toxic.

I'm all for creating a Christian country where women and men are shamed to death for their sluttiness and the rest are forced to be monogamous, but please leave me out of such a shithole.

0%, have fun with your cats 10%, you're too hypergamous for Chad 20%, you're an hypergamous whore 80%, you're a whore 100%, you're lying and probably just notice the Chads anyways Thanks for using my translation services!

There are several guys at any given time to which i'm attracted. Sometimes it's 10 sometimes it's 1. It depends on how big my circle is at the moment. I don't know what percentage that is because there are many men that I don't notice.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 08:20 PM
4

Of course they're desirable or can be for at least certain type of man. I'm getting more at OP implying there's more stigma towards men using their $$$ to get women.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 05:05 PM

And sugar babies are called prostitutes and hookers all the time. Look at any article on sugar relationships that allows comments and you'll see that most commenters will be harsher towards sugar babies.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 03:29 PM
21

Not to mention hooker, prostitute, tramp... Society is used to expect higher standards from women in this regards that it believes that two or three articles defending such women is sign of collapse.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 03:26 PM

The decline is steep, bro. My cuckometer recorded 30% more cuckoldry right now than 9 hours ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 03:22 PM

Not to mention that this is a fetish, so by definition it can't be prevalent.

when i did have casual sex, i saw it as purely transactional and simply sex based. Wouldn't that be the opposite of transactional? You were having sex in exchange for... more sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/22 01:05 AM
3

Society has different sexual expectations from men and women, and while those expectation might be partially rooted in women's ability to get pregnant (as well as other historical things I won't get into), these expectations have great influence on how men and women experience casual sex. If you grow up listening how nobody wants "used up" women or men not wanting you for being easy as a threat to make you behave in a sexually appropriate way, casual sex will bring great emotional discomfort to …

How do you define blue?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/22 12:38 AM

Can confirm. I took the virginity of a Chad who had a 6 inch penis with a 6 inch circumference. 5 years later and after 27.4 women, his penis was below 4 inches and I could fit it in my left ear. Sad shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/22 12:35 AM
5

As a slut myself, I have a hard time imagining how people get to triple digits. I have a slight impression that these people either exist in very sexual circles such as those of swingers and sex club goers, or they might be in fact overestimating how many people they slept with.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/22 12:32 AM
1

Hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/22 12:11 AM
4

I doubt it. If the base urge was just fucking, a flesh light would do. It's the validation they seek, and sure, a realistic sex robot with very good programming would do this, but for how long will these pre-recorded, validating audio do the trick for the obscene cost and maintenance they will require? I already imagine the owners of first gen sex bots pushing a red button to hear: Me sucky sucky. Me so horny, me love you long time. All for the validation.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/22 12:10 AM

I have a hard time opening up to people that ain't my partner, but the need for it is still there. When I find someone I click with emotionally, I have the tendency to throw overwhelm them with sentimental bullshit. There's someone at work that I want to bond with so badly and drown them in my emotional diarrhea that it pains me to have this professional barrier between us that I'd rather wasn't there.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 11:56 PM
6

This might explain why PPD is overwhelmingly red leaning men: Men are more likely than women to experience strong negative emotions in response to gender threats
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 11:50 PM
1

Maybe for you. If I had my mentality today I wouldn't have waited so long.

Remaining a virgin out of fear?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 07:08 PM
2

I was 24 when I had sex for the first time. I was very afraid of being "used" and keeping myself inexperienced was a self defense mechanism. I also knew another woman who had sex at 25, with her first boyfriend. I don't know her exact reasons but talking to her made it seem like she had great hangups around sex. I'm pretty sure there were other women too this isn't a topic most people feel comfortable discussing.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 06:49 PM
1

Random hot dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 06:34 PM
5

And then there are those of us who feel both safe and mega horny.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 05:17 PM
3

That makes sense, thank you. It sounds like a power issue. I wonder if women experiencing higher attachment anxiety contributes to them being more accepting of that in men.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 04:25 PM
7

Interesting. How would you tie this to PPD though? I recall some men mentioning to like needy girlfriends, but I'm not sure if this is a common position over here.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 03:47 PM
2

I knew another one who ended up marrying a politician. I sttongly believe that women who monetize on their looks prefer power/$$$ over looks. That politician wasn't ugly though.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 03:39 PM
2

Depends on what you call hvm. Plenty of what's considered HVM on PPD do in fact use money to attract marital partners and money is an essential part of the relationships they form. There's very little difference between a sugar baby and a trophy wife.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 03:36 PM
1

But you implied them.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:52 PM
1

Says the guy who thinks that attraction isn't a feeling, but implies to fuck people he finds attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:46 PM
1

Because I anwered once and you seem obtuse. There is no logical reason to enter a romantic relationship w/o feelings. Feelings is what make a relationship romantic. You're asking me to explain why the water is wet without telling you it's wet because it's water.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:39 PM
1

Oh, so you're telling me that you do feel attraction to people you sleep with. This is getting hot 🔥 🔥 🔥
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:27 PM
14

Hot but poor. Money and career are irrelevant to sexual attraction. They create stability, but fail to create the spark if it's lacking.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:26 PM
1

So you stick your dick in people you don't feel any attraction to? That's gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:19 PM
1

Not until you explain how you fuck logically.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:15 PM
0

I do many things out of logic, just not relationships. Have you ever fucked someone you're attracted to or you always proceed with sex like you do with math?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 02:09 PM
1

Relationships aren't a mathematical equation where you try to get facts. If they don't make you feel good, what's the point of being in one?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 01:55 PM
1

Because attraction is the product of many factors that you can't produce out of thin air. If she wants to be happy what's the point of getting in a relationship she doesn't feel good about?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 01:36 PM
1

I agree with your first paragraphs but I cyv in your last one by saying that this isn't an issue of men here. The view that relationships are a milestone to be hit is very prevalent. Most people won't tell you that but their actions and what is said between the likes make is obvious. There is a lot of criticism and pity for women who ain't married past a certain age, or women who slept with a guy but did not commit, based on the assumption that all women want and need martiage and committment. I…

/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 04:31 AM

Not the kind the men who post here like.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 03:45 AM
3

Because the desire to spend money on a woman often comes with a trad personality, which ain't good if you don't want a trad relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 01:40 AM
1

Apparently yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 12:55 AM
1

I don't know, but I was the one to tell my partner that I'll probably never want kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 12:38 AM
4

Plenty of people break up without anyone in the line up. Some relationship simply ain't worth it and being alone is preferable
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 12:30 AM
6

Not to mention that having a child with someone you don't want to be with might even be worse than just staying childless.

Yeah, no, I agree.

Statistically it's women with higher n counts that prefer high n count men. Also, women who risk a cheating man, especially for marriage, aren't really choosy even if they don't sleep around themselves. I was an older virgin and most of the crap I got was for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/22 05:01 PM
1

Don't engage in the topic. Just tell them "I'm not having kids for now and it's my decision to make. I appreciate your concern but this is none of your business.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/22 02:05 PM
2

And a woman can't be really that choosy if she ends up eith a man with a high n count, csn she?

Are "broken" because of your n count though?

I'm an atheist. Religiousness isn't an automatic deal breaker but if it gets in the way of how I'd like us carry a relationship I'd rather not date the person and the person won't want to date me.

This isn't misandry as much as an excuse to not take responsibility for their own sexual behavior. If all men just want sex, this puts the responsibility on the woman for any sexual activity that might happen

Probably the same way you have fears and other feeling you might not be fully aware of either because you don't want to face them or they're not as important at the moment for your brain to fully process them. Sounds weird but it's the basis of many therapies to make you aware of your feelings to address them better.

I think this is often subconscious. People doing it don't realize they're doing it, so I wouldn't expect them having an agreement as a couple.

Only half joking. I suspect that people who want to try unconventional sex are more common than we think, but very a few are willing to go with it, so they push boundaries little by little to see where it goes.

Most sluts (or at least women with reputations of being one) marry, just not to men who care about about numbers. I'd also argue that it's not in anybody's interest to stop living your life the way you want -if this life doesn't harm anyone- to get marriage approval from a future partner, particularly when that partner doesn't hold themselves to simmilar standards.

If you're promiscuous and a parent I assume you're divorced or separated so you don't really have a stable household. Or maybe both of you are swingers or in some kind of open relationship, in which case you can keep your promiscuity outside the home. What difference does it make to the child if I go for 5 hours to the zoo with my girlfriends or see my fwb for the same amount of time? You guys have a v…

That would be possible if the jobs had flexible schedules and worked around your availability, which very often isn't the case. I did work a minimum wage job that suddenly started cutting my hours and other jobs I applied for required full availability even when they offered minimum hours. I've known women like this. Most of them, at least in my experience, ended up with cheaters or in sotuations where they experience too much jealousy. If as a woman you don't expect restrainr from your man, only for the women he sleeps with, don't get surprised when you attract men who have no standards for themselves but high standards for the women they date.

Women have been posing naked for Playboy and the likes for many decades. Most of them married and had children or eventually found other careers. Sure, some men won't respect these women and some employers won't want them, but they eventually find someone who will. I also don't think that posting racy pics is the norm. Women who do it roll in circles where this doesn't matter much.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/22 06:30 PM
2

And a big reason why it's the status quo is because women keep putting up with it whether married or not. FDS is very quick to tell women that it's better to be alone than to put up with certain crap, but for some reason being alone instead of taking on the bulk of unfair work is unfeasible and worth doing in exchange for a ring? I'm sorry, FDS isn't in a position to lecture women about being pickmes as the sub seems to be full of high tier pickmes itself.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/22 12:10 PM
3

FDSers accuse of pickmeing individual women whose circumstances they don't know. They apply what 50% of women do on the rest of us. Furthermore, if a woman finds doing most of the chores an unfair deal, she shouldn't be dating seriously men who expect that from her.

I don't necessary disagree with you. It's just that promiscuous people tend to be valued by other promiscuous people who lead their lifestyles and valued by them, just like criminals are avoided by most people but valued by other crimminals. I was mostly getting at OPs inconsistency across gender lines.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 12:12 PM

Promiscuity is bad for commitment and monogamy. There are studies that have been conducted on the diminished ability to pair bond, higher likelihood of infidelity, greater desire for sexual novelty as a result of casual sex. Cause vs. Correlation debate aside, this applies to both genders. Women are entitled to that standard too, but most women are more forgiving of a sexually promiscuous man even if they are turned off by it. However, that is changing too. For the reasons I already explained wh…

Ok, just because I know the height and the weight of the MEDIAN woman doesn't mean I know your height and weight. Does this make my argument any different?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 03:41 AM

But these men not wanting to commit to a certain type of women is used as a cautionary tale to disuade women from becoming this type. This automatically implies that the committment of these men is or should be valuable. True, women are more forgiving of men's past, but society plays a huge part in this. The fact that we spend more time disuading women than men from becoming promiscuous and that promiscuity in men, or the desire for promiscuity at least, is seen as bad but normal, sets higher ex…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 03:38 AM
14

That's the tendency, yes, but it doesn't say anything about individual women. I don't know your height or your weight just because I know the height and weight of the average woman. My partner does half of the chores, does his own laundry and pays his part of the bills. And I'm not planning to have kids, let alone staying home unless I get laid off. The only half I would get would be the half I put in the marriage minus the legal fees which are expensive af over here.

Because they can't conceive the idea of truly egalitarian relationships, men and women who show their commitment through means other than marriage or jurisdictions where your circumstances make marriage unnecessary or legally and financially inconvenient. It's up to the couple to look at their situation and decide if marriage is worth it or not.

I can't say I disagree. Much of our behaviors is geared towards getting accepted by the opposite sex. That ain't healthy but it's the truth for many people.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 02:42 AM
32

The term ain't problematic the way you describe it. It's problematic when any behavior a woman presents towards a man earns her the title of pickmeisha even when the person calling her such doesn't understand the context of her behavior, but makes assumptions about it. Fox example, fdsers automatically call pickme any woman who is unmarried in a long term relationship because they expect women to want to get married.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 02:40 AM

Most of my male friends will happily sleep with anyone, but when it comes to actual relationships, they’ll go for the women who are more conservative when it comes to sex. They’ll keep the FWBs around for fun but they never really see them as anything but. Imagine being sexually conservative just so you can get committment from a dude who holds double standards and runs his dick through anybody who opens their legs. These conservative women are much more deluded than the sluts looking to get off…

2

Plenty of people with unhealthy behaviors get relationship offers. Also, to whom exactly are they low value? Men who sleep around also tend to have the same traits but you don't seem to consider their behavior problematic. Similarly, many men don't find that behavior problematic enough either. If a woman has a low impulse control or simply likes variety you can't automatically assume that she ain't getting offers, which was you original point. I know plenty of sluts that hoed it up and found rel…

Not everyone cares what others think about them. If a woman or a man truly has a healthy self esteem their sexual decisions won't depend on what others praise or find appropriate. A woman with a high sex drive and drive for variety won't feel satisfied with an fwb, neither will a woman who is prone to boredom or thrill seeking behavior. None of this might be healthy but it's one of the many different reasons why people sleep around that aren't necessarily related to the need for a relationship. …

/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 12:30 AM

Willingness to fuck isn't exactly the same as sexual arousal. There are many men for whom sex is a symbol of status who are willing to sleep with women they find attractive but not necessary in a raw sexual way. There are also many women who might feel it but not act on it. I know I feel it even if I don't pursue it. Am I the norm? I don't know, but I'm evidence that the whole "women are not like that" isn't true unless it's a generalization to simplify your argument.

The average woman most likely experiences spontaneous desire/arousal like I do. There's no statistically significant difference between how men and women react to sexual imagery, and women experience genital arousal when shown images/audio like men do. Whether this holds true for women I know, I'm not really sure. I can guess based on studies but I don't know what goes on in their individual brains.

Chad is a man that's so attractive to a woman that she's willing to have sex with him without making him jump through the hoops that she expects a less attractive man to jump through. I've been there and know how it feels. I'm upset at how hateful some men can get towards women. I'm also upset at how some men crave sexual variety or relationships under certain standards but demand women whi don't have standards themselves and who abstain from sex just to appease the man's ego.

The problem is that to many women, a history of sleeping around especially with married women is a red flag or a no-go zone. Plenty of Chads engage in the exact same behavior that makes them distrustful of women and don't understand why it becomes so hard for them to find a good one. I don't know your experience, but this has been the problem with many promiscuous men.

If lack of income was the most important factor you'd expect poor families to have the lowest rates of fertility. This isn't the case though as low income families have the most children: https://www.statista.com/statistics/241530/birth-rate-by-family-income-in-the-us/ Similarly, poor countries also have higher fertility rates. Furthermore, the families most likely to have a traditional setup are those where the man makes a lot of money, more than what's necessary to live on one income, or too l…

The problem with nonliberal feminism or whatever it's called is that it believes the sexes are different but treats all women and men as if they were identical to other individuals of their gender. I for one can't identify with half of the things women write here and know many men who can't identify with the men here either.

I understand what you mean but imagine a woman fucking married men and seeking understanding as to why she can't trust men. People self select. If Chad fucks partnered women fully aware that they ain't single there's no reason why anybody should have any sympathy for his inability to trust women.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 10:14 PM

Certainly not my point as I don't fuck around with Chad when partnered up.

Some people might cheat because of extreme circumstances, but they are still unreliable at the moment and in the context of their relationship. I'm wondering if, based on your last paragraph, you're just being sarcastic.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 10:08 PM
5

I've never accused women of being the scum of the earth, but cheating in a relationship makes you unreliable because cheating is a breach of trust. You imply this in your post by saying that Chad's experience with these women affected him. I also use the word "allegedly" because someone with options wouldn't choose someone whose behavior they disagree with. This means the chad you're talking about has either no options or has options but chooses to excercise them irresponsibly.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 06:56 PM

They were told that this is how women are supposed to be and that created a sense of entitlement to an interrupted career AND kids. Now women are just as entitled and couples who can't agree on the role each one should play fight for power.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 06:49 PM
16

So Chad spends his time fucking unreliable women who are cheating on their partners with him, and now he's bitter and distrusts women he happily banged. He allegedly had options and exercised those in the worst way possible. Why should I care about his experience?

Because society as whole doesn't date individuals, so it judges people by their status within it. Education and career accomplishments are status markers visible to everyone. Respect and trust can only be experienced by the individuals in the relationship.

It's a mix. Some people are emotionally available to some but not others. Other people are never emotionally available. These are generally the people who only have superficial friendships and always seem to be single. That's not necessarily a problem for the person but it's a red flag for anybody looking for a relationship.

Everybody knows that fertility declines and after a certain age conceiving becomes next to impossible. When a woman goes to school and starts a career at the expense of her most fertile years she's most likely implying that her financial independence is more important than a big family. Nothing wrong with this.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 02:43 PM

And plenty of men feel entitled to women doing traditional things so they don't become the ones to pass up promotions in order to change diapers. This was just the norm so nobody saw it as a form of entitlement. Now that both people work and very often don't need to be provided for, both get to be entitled and choose between to lifestyles. Also, I don't think there are many women who want to split chores with a trad dudr

It isn't consistent considering that he's willing to fuck them. The fact that low n-count women (allegedly) stay after his attempts is one of the biggest reasons why so many men are hypocrites, because they know they can show themselves as promiscuous while judging women for exactly same behavior.

Yes, in fact, I believe that the lower number of people getting laid is the result of isolation and less opportunities for sexual encounters. That said, fertility rates have also declined among married/cohabitating couples so isolation can't be the only explanation to this decrease. The access to reliable birth control allows people to have a fulfilling sex life without reproduction, and the access to better jobs by women coupled with the fact that women are still expected to become primary care…

Because many of the guys who mistreat women for being sluts are sluts themselves but demand to be treated tike a good guy by a woman who held herself to standards that he didn't. If a man never had casual sex himself then it's fair for him to avoid sluts.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 06:07 AM

And this is exactly why a woman who doesn't like casual sex shouldn't go on a second date with men who ask sex on the first one. The fact that men say no but keep giving them second chances enable this sort of hypocrisy.

That's very often not the case. Plenty of men with this m/w mindset cheat on their wives and have them home as the stable safe option who waits for them with food on the table regardless of where the husband has been. The madonna/whore dichotomy has been tolerated in men for most history. The tendency of [some] men to put women in the whore or girlfriend box is expected, therefore men don't need to signalize their decency, they only need to signalize their willingness to commit. It's not simply about having kids for the sake of it, but also about having workers in specific fields. It's easier to choose immigrants based on skills needed today than to wait for people to breed so their kids can get some kind of job in 20+ years. Furthermore, I suspect that the reason so many people are having less kids makes it difficult to create policies that incentivize (sp?) reproduction. It's a double standard, but Western countries need immigrants to prevent their population from shrinking. If you create policies around immigration you need to promote a culture of tolerance, at least on paper. Eastern countries might be intolerant of the Western but it's not like westerners are leaving their countries in droves to go to the East so there's not much practical sense for most people to do something about the double standard.

The friendzone exists, but not as the mystical area people insist it is. First off, the word "friend" has a meaning. If there's no emotional connection on either side independent of any sexual or romantic feelings you're not in the friendzone. You're just an acquaintance she wasn't sexually interested in. In this case, "let's just be friends" is just a generic quote to express rejection in a diplomatic manner. Second, you're not in the friendzone for being too friendly. You're in the friendzone …

If a guy is a second option to you you shouldn't be dating him regardless of whether you have another guy lined up. Just be honest and tell him that he's cool but it ain't gonna work in the long run. I don't see the issue here.

That's like asking why hasn't Kim Kardashian been fired for her sex tape. Both Dan and Kim exist in an environment where these behaviors are acceptable. Dan's empire is built on they way he treats women. There's nobody to give him a pass for his behavior because there nobody to hold him accountable for it in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 09:33 PM
2

A man who puts women in the easy category just because they approached isn't the kind of man whose efforts I'd value. I've had men explicitely tell me they value me more because I didn't sleep/approach them fast like other women. I just stopped dating them right after that. And as I said, a man's lack of interest is fairly obvious from the beginning. If he never bothers to show any sign of interest after our first encounter I'll just move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 09:22 PM

I don't care about status or a guy's career unless it's in a field i'm interested in. This isn't really an advice. That's just me stating my personal preference as woman. Some women will prefer status over looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 09:04 PM
2

The benefit of monogamy is having a partner that will be faithful to me, but it also comes at the expense of my need for variety. I'm pretty sure this is the case from my partner's point of view as well. To answer your question, I see sexually attractive men everytime I go out. I don't act on it for many different reasons but the desire is there.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 05:06 PM
2

Depends on the woman, but everything equal, I value looks way more than I value money. Not to sounds crass, but when I'm under a guy I'm not exactly thinking about his bank account.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 04:53 PM
4

It's not, but it shouldn't become more of a problem than it actually is. We are constantly moving on from people that don't offer what we want. If after a short talk the person doesn't seem interested in you beyond sex or money just cut ties before you sleep with them or spend money on them.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 04:47 PM
2

Yes and I would go as far as to say that many of our decisions are made with the "how others will perceive me if I do x". This mentality is a constant source of conflict as the need to look good in front of others comes at the expense of our desires.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 02:42 PM
3

That's the catch. Make the first move and you're more likely to either shoot out of your league or find someone you truly like.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 02:38 PM
31

I've never understood this. Whenever you start a conversation with someone you can tell if the person likes having you around. A man who only wants sex will look uninterested or respond by being sexually aggressive. Once you see this you can always just move on. I think many women are simply afraid to be seen as easy, but a guy who would think that of you just cause you m8ght be attracted to him ain't worth it.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 02:37 PM
17

I've made the first move on several occassions including with my partner. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Some men probably thought I was easy. Aa someone concerned with fairness I wouldn't feel comfortable dating someone who looks down on women for things that he does himself. Other men were uninterested or unavailable, which is a risk you'll have to accept. If you're afraid of making a scene, be subtle. Start a conversation and if he seems uninterested move on.

Taking care of children can be a long task and it's certainly not everyone's cup of tea. I believe that the problem isn't just that fathers are seen as sperm donor, but also the fact that many fathers are happy to leave the burden to their partners because they know the pressure for them to do it isn't as strong as the one on women.

Because a man who is attractive to individual women isn't necessarily the same man other men call Chad. And the man a woman finds attractive might in fact be average by mainstream standards. Also, the women who are arguing that only attractive men are worth for casual sex aren't necessarily the women who are sleeping with average and below average men. For example, the guys I had NSA sex with were generally less attractive than the guys I wanted for long term relationships.

As a woman who finds well done tattoos attractive I have to disagree. Badly done tattoos make men less attractive while good tattoos tend to be attractive to certain types of women but not all of them. Finally, tattoos only add appeal if the guy is already attractive, otherwise they do very little to boost his sex appeal.

Game is a set of tricks that are supposed to be attractive to women and make them want to sleep with you. Sometimes the trick is to play cool, hot and cold or telling the woman how attractive she is. Have I been gamed? I'm not sure because if a guy is good at it you don't know you've been gamed, but generally I tend to feel sexual attraction before a guy starts pursuing me so it's unlikely. A high n-count could an indicator of many things.

That's exactly my point. Why should I clean someone else's shit on top of mine? So I get a pat on my head from a dude with a smelly butt? Your argument isn't an attempt at promoting female responsibility, but an attempt to have your cake and eat it too.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 03:38 PM

The assumption is that if a guy knows how to deal with women he will have a high n count, but that's not necessarily true either. Many of these guys have been in long term relationships since they first slept with a woman, so their counts are relatively low. Similarly, men with very low standards or men who run in circles where female promiscuity is common or more accepted will also have a high n count even if they're not particularly attractive. To me it's more of a compatibility thing. I don't…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 03:31 PM

The woman gets to "determine" who she has sex with because men tend to have less self-restraint, so you're basically saying that women should be the ones closing their legs because men refuse to keep their pants on. You're refusing to take responsibility for you share in the sex business and expecting someone else to pick up the tab.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 03:18 PM
14

Pretty often. "Value" is generally based on superficial qualities that not necessarily make an ltr better. Many of the high n count guys I know have a hard time keeping relationships because the women they want long term either don't want them or leave soon after the first a few dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 03:04 PM

I'm not big with social media and I had Tinder for only one month or a bit more, but I believe some of the people contacting me were scammers. Nothing needs to change if both people handle sex with maturity and both are on the same page about where sex should and should not lead. I've had things change after sex, but the issue wasn't sex itself but his behavior right before and after it that turned me off , so I had to tell him I didn't want to see him again. He wasn't a co-worker though. He was someone who studied at my university.

Actually, both men and women can get penalized for staying home to care for babies. Those with employment gaps to take care of their kids are less likely to be given a job interview compared to those who are just laid off. Many people don't genuinely believe that being a SAHM is as noble as you think. Keep in mind that if a woman quitting her job is such a big problem for the man that's because her salary is higher than what's needed to cover for daycare costs and her income constitutes a signif…

You might have a point, but in many jurisdictions financial abuse is a grey area, so if you don't deprive your wife of her basic needs such as food, shelter and clothing then there's not much basis for financial abuse. I'd also wonder (don't quote me on this though lawyers can be creative as fuck), if her quitting her job without your consent could also constitute a form of financial abuse as this is depriving the family of income.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/22 08:43 PM

Because not everyone is interested in an LTR and sometimes people just want to sleep around. Because the hoe phase is often a series of spontaneous events when someone happens to be available at the time and the moment when you feel horny.

As the only earner in a marriage where the woman unilaterally decided to quit, you are the gatekeeper of the resources. You can stop giving her money and do your own purchases for food and childcare items. If that doesn't work, then divorce will.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/22 08:26 PM
7

I don't think a platonic friendship does replace an LTR, but it makes you feel less lonely. It's understandable no man wants to be around a woman they're in love with who doesn't love them back, but in my experience, most of the dudes who struggle with romantic relationships also struggle with relationships in general and self-isolate. These men would definitely benefit from a friend, whether female or not.

In all fairness, a huge reason why sexualization feels so uncomfortable to women is the idea that it somehow degrades us. Men are made feel uncomfortable for sure but I don't think they feel diminished to the same extent women are.

I don't think children are inherently detrimental to people's happiness but I do believe that to many, marriage and children are milestones to be achieved rather than a true desire carried out when it's emotionally and economically feasible, not to mention that children are very often the product of a mistake and not planned. For people who really want children and are prepared to raise them, the cost of having them is outweighed by the benefits. However, those that have kids at the expense of a…

Why is consensual behavior between two adults a problem?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/22 05:47 AM

Nope, the average number of lifetime partners is around 5 and the average age is close to 40. If most of the people have sex in the context of relationships, this means that the average person only has one or two hookups over the years. Hookup culture might be the norm in certain social circles, but not in the West as whole.

Nobody engages in hook up culture as a society. For the majority of people sex either happens in the context of a relationship or in one or two hookups once every a few years or between relationships. And even most of these hookups take place between fwb or acquaintances. The minority that seeks to hook up on a regular basis is either trying to use hookups to fill a void or simply doesn't share your view on sex. Some people don't experience sex as this terrible thing that leaves everyone empty a…

That's like saying that employees are powerful because most of the money of a company is spent on their salaries and that it's an employee who buys the company's supplies. The company can fire you/lay you off or veto any purchase decision an employee could make in the company's name. Men control most of the money and could decide any time that they won't be spending it on any woman. Femininity is similar to being a receptionist. Those whom the receptionist serves love to come to the office and be received with a great smile, have their papers organized on the table and maybe even find freshly brewed coffee in the kitchen. They, however, would never leave their well payed jobs to welcome and clean for their co-workers. Femininity from a male's perspective is a downgrade.

I believe in equal contribution for equal income. 50/50 is how our relationship would look if we made exactly the same. My partner used to make more money than I do so he contributed more. Now I'm making more money than he does, so I contribute more. That said, each of us have personal expenditures that have nothing to do with us as a couple, such as his car or my student loan. I would add that this is more than just "woohoo, I'm not a slut". Sexual restraint is an ideal that comes at the expense of your own desires but is not rewarded in any real way. People very often deal with repressed feelings by convincing themselves that they never had those feelings in the first place. From a male's perspective, the idea that a woman slept with you because you did something to get her out of that shell is more flattering than realizing that she slept with you because she was ho…

Much of evolutionary psychology is based on assumptions that can't be tested nor verified. Observing hypergamous tendencies in women isn't evidence that these tendencies are inborn and even if they were, it's not possible to determine which exact triggers led to it evolving. Furthermore, the evo psych papers I have read so far take an adaptationist approach, meaning that they assume that if a trait survived that's because it was useful. However, mutations are random and a useless trait can evolv…

It’s true that a man could cheat on his wife but that would be in spite of the expectation of fidelity. A man seeking a relationship doesn't need to prove that he was sexually retrained, he just needs to prove that he's willing to invest, unlike the woman who is expected to have been retrained before meeting him if she wants t…

Of course everyone is allowed to have preferences. I can put men in the dateable vs not dateable category based on how easy they are with their wallets. I can date men who shower me and any other woman with gifts and then aim to marry a man who's not a simp and who would only do it for me. The thing is, a man who is aware of my preference can avoid me just like a woman can avoid a man who pursues high n count women for sex, but only wants low n count women for marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/22 05:56 PM

I am aware that many men are willing to sleep with sluts, but wouldn't date one seriously. The thing is that any self-respecting woman with a backbone wouldn't entertain a relationship with this kind of man. There's a reason why the average female n count is way under 10, but men with this mentality often complain they can't find a wholesome woman to wife up.

Being a traditional woman means you depend on someone else for your basic needs. If something in your marriage goes wrong, be it cheating or not, the traditional woman will be much more likely to stay in a subpar relationship or to end up poor if the relationship is over.

According to this metanalysis, men and women on average react similarly to sexual visual stimuli on a neurological level. Previous studies also show that women show genital arousal to a greater stimuli variety than men. This doesn't negate the existence of demisexual women (or men for the matter), but this is evidence that an average woman can experience sexual attraction without a romantic connection. Why are women shamed for wanting rich guys or chads? There will always someone who disagrees with your standards. If you don't like fat women don't date them. It's not like you get prosecuted for not accepting their advances.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/22 04:43 PM
1

No, it doesn't. Women whi bring more assets during the marriage lose more in proportion to what they put it and women whose men got the custody have to pay their husbands child support.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/22 04:10 PM

Divorce 'favors' the lowest earner and the person who did most of the childcare. This osn't automatically the woman.

Now imagine he's dating another woman and showing her your nudes 5 years later. Even if you don't have any, the fact that he's willing to do it says a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/22 03:34 PM

The issue is that the willingness itself to keep the nudes of somebody you're not with anymore problematic itself. His exes might have avoided taking pics, but I'd be still dating a creep.

People grossly overestimate the power of #metoo. There have been several celebrities who've been #metooed and nothing happened to most of them aside from a bit of media coverage. When a #metooed celebrity goes down that's usually because they're accussed of a serious form of harassement and have several women offering consistent accounts about the fact, or because there is enough evidence to take the case to trial. Dan Bilzerian has been criticized many times by the media and also accused of mis…

Men who date men whether gay or bisexual aren't so possessive towards their lovers/partners. I don't think it's male love that's possessive compared to that of a woman. It seems to be more related to the idea that that women are somehow 'damaged' by being sexualized. In any case, this is a massive breach of trust so i wouldn't even stay to figure out if he loves me or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/22 04:04 AM

I think this has to do more with how people see women being sexualized versus men getting sexualized rather than the way sexes love. Gay men don't seem so obsessed with their partner's sexuality before them.

Also, considering the fact that attractive people are more likely to have daughters than sons, on average and attractive men have more daughters whereas wealthy men have more sons. This seems like a far more plausible hypothesis. This theory seems to be based on a single study by Satoshi Kanazawa and Alan Miller. I looked at the results and the differences in proportion were very small. Kanazawa mentioned that the relationship was significant, but I wonder what the power of the test was. Now I a…

I'd think that the swinger's scene would be more open to this sort of things. One thing that blows my mind is how many women don't understand that men change their mind. And they're entitled to. I don't think there's an end game. Feminism isn't a single organization with a clear purpose. It's a bunch of people with different agendas. Many of them don't even have an agenda but want validation for their ideas.

I bet there are still men out there who wished she pooped on their faces.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/22 01:46 AM

I'm aware of that, I just think it's massively hypocritical considering that promiscuity from men is just expected. Some women I guess know they'll get judged, but don't feel like playing by standards they feel to be unfair. In my case, I think it would have been a waste of everyone's time to get to know each other if a relationship wasn't on the table. I'd appreciate it if a guy I liked for a relationship let me know from the beginning that he's just looking for something casual.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/22 01:43 AM

But there's no evidence that women get promoted more than men, in fact, men are more likely to be promoted and to hold senior jobs. Women being promoted for being hot of because of feminism is your assumption, not a fact.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/22 01:34 AM
6

Which kind of proves OPs point. If I'm not looking for something serious, I don't see the point of making him feel special to me when he isn't. If the relationship is serious, I'd expect that both of us are sleeping with each other because we like each other.

And what is the point in making the distinction between sex acts? Most of the time people are having sexual intercourse alongside those other acts it’s all sexual at the end of the day and could lead to actual sex. a) many of these acts, such as fingering and oral sex, don't necessary happen during intercourse and in fact, are very often a substitute for it. b) by act I also mean behaviors that aren't inherently sexual, such as dressing a certain way. It's not the nanny state, it's the fact that women today have access to better jobs. The more access to resources you have, the more power you have. Having power means you don't need to accept one sided relationships just to be fed.

Anything is a justifiable reason to leave your partner. The reason might be shallow and the reflection of your problems as an individual, but it's on you to solve those problems alone. People attitudes towards sex and many other things generally become more liberal with age, but with age you also have less energy and are most likely in a stable relationship. SOI doesn't necessarily decrease, but your tendency to act upon your sexual urges does.

i know a lot of women that aren't promiscuous or at least show no evidence for me to believe they are. That's a start. These are the women men who care about promiscuity should pursue. The thing is that many don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/22 04:25 PM

The risk of sex has been greatly reduced for women because of contraceptives, and increased for men because of paternity testing and stronger child support laws. Also, women are expected to hold themselves to higher standards of sexual decency even for acts that can't lead to STIs or pregnancy, and this aspect is arbitrary.

HVM says more about what society expects to be attractive than what is actually attractive to individual women. Furthermore, a quality that's generally considered good in a prospective partner is so because it increases a woman's status and not because of sheer sexual attractiveness. For example, being pursued by a man with money stroke my ego, but it never made me want sex or companionship with him because I've never found money or social status attractive. Physically attractive men turn me on,…

I've seen this and other similar research before. Either unrestricted sociosexuality is correlated with features that we consider attractive, or many men do indeed sunconsciously prefer women with a tendency towards promiscuity. This would explain why so many of them complain about sluts when avoiding them should be easy.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 05:45 PM

Women as whole don't make more money. Education is a choice and men are more likely to select university careers that pay more money or trades that make them more money than the bottom university degrees that women are more likely to go for.

I think it's a much more common phenomenon than it seems. I doubt many men in the west are obsessed with madonnas, but when you look at much of the dating advice and at the way many people talk about women there seems to be a trade-off between the sexualization of a woman and respect for her as a person.

Madonna/whore implies that the madonna is loved because she's less sexual and the madonna isn't because she's more sexual. There's no such implication with husband vs. boyfriend material. Eventhough women with madonna whore exist, there are many reasons why women consider certain men just fuck or boyfriend material that has nothing to do with sex itself.

Aren't you sick and tired of always blaming men for all the problems women face? Why do you ladies continue to pretend you are STILL virtuous and still perpetuate the "women are wonderful" effect? 80% of women fucking 20% of men isn't supported by statistics. What's supported by statistics is people of similar sociosexuality ending up together. That's a fact. Women don't want to not have casual sex, though. Many women enjoy it because feminist narrative tells them that being able to have sex with men who one has just met is fun and harmless. Plenty women simply enjoy sex even if it's not with a steady partner. so promiscuous men can expect promiscuous women to be promiscuous with them and not make them wait for sex? ok got it. People can expect whatever they want. It's reasonable for a man who is promiscuous to move on quickly if he doesn't get sex and accept that the women he'll date are probably going to be similar to him. I also know women who might have lower n counts and date higher n count men, but they're not the majority. Most high n count men end up with higher n count women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/22 01:59 AM

Unfortunately, there's very little data on the topic. That's why I avoided using words as 'most' and stuck with the experience of other women and myself. That said, data on male willingness to have sex and the judgement of women who are promiscuous reveals that many men hold double standards. Also, this isn't about women who wish to keep their n count lower, but about women being expected to keep it low to be worthy of committment.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/22 01:56 AM

My social circle got pretty small in the last a few years. I probably interact with around 10 guys on a regular basis, most of who are work colleagues. My boyfriend is conventionally attractive and sexually attractive. Another one is comventionally attractive, but I don't like him sexually. Three other guys are sexually attractive, but pretty much physically average. I generally prefer faces that are on the softer side. I like bodies shaped like inverted triangles but not overly muscular. I don'…

A guy who sleeps with a woman on the first date is a guy who sleeps around? From the woman's point of view, if she's afraid to be seen as someone who sleeps around for sleeping with a guy on a first date, then a man who sleeps with her of a first date probably sleeps around as well. It doesn't mattee if it's true or not becaause that's not the point. The point is that she's trying to live by some standards, successfully or not, and doesn't apply the same standards on the man.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/22 09:29 PM

I don't remember this ever happening. Even if a guy isn't objectively attractive in the physical sense, sexual attraction kicks in pretty fast, but that also means that whatever 'flaw' he's got isn't a turn off. If his looks turn me off I can't feel attraction for him at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/22 09:24 PM
4

No, but I consider it a sign that the woman lacks a spine. Many women had the experience of sleeping fast with a guy and then get rejected. There are million of reasons why this could have happened but the prevailing narrative is that the guy put her in the slut box because she was 'easy'. Trying to play a role that doesn't belong to you just to get the approval of a man who would gladly stick his dick in you but look down on you for doing the same is pathetic and it makes me sad that so many wo…

It's a code of guilty conscience among spineless women. There's no reason why a woman should feel guilty for behaviors she accepts from men.

No, the woman in the case assumes that the man is willing to sleep around but judge her for doing the same. If her assumption is true, it's the man who sees women willing to sleep with him as less.

I don't remember being lied to for sex, but there was a guy who my parents and I suspect was lying to get a green card. The guy seemed overinvested in spite of me not showing any interest in him. He offered to take me to a very nice national park that I had difficulty accessing at the time. He also set up a group dinner and offered to pay for me, which I declined. For many women, having a guy not to take them seriously is the ultimate blow to their ego and being seen as a slut is a great offense, hence the "i won't sleep with him soon" tactic. So yes, it is an attempt to extract committment, but not necessarily anything else.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/22 07:06 PM

Another user also mentioned something along the lines that the problem with RP men is that their standards are so contradictory that they've priced themselves out of the dating market without realizing it.

Q4W: I noticed that many women in the first date sex post justified not sleeping with a guy on the first date to not seem "easy". So my question is: do you feel comfortable dating a man you're aware has no problem sleeping on the first date but who looks down on women who do the same? Would you be able to trust this man when he's basically saying that self-restraint is not his responsibility?

Where did I say that I make guys wait? I said many women do to not seem easy, but that I disagreed with the reasoning. Please read my first paragraph. In the second one I said that if I don't want another date, but i still find him sexually attractive I'd sleep with him because there won't be any other dates to do it. I'm not making the guy I want a relationship wait.

There's nothing to read between the lines. You guys are acting like I'm revealing some secret. I'm not. The problem is that you seem to expect sex to be some kind of reward I'm offering you for your good behavior or as an attempt to get you in a relationship. It's not. I'm pretty sure there are women you want to sleep with but not commit to. It's the same for many women.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/22 05:09 PM

I'm not justifying it. I'm just explaining how some women see it. And to be honest, plenty of men are very hypocritical as well in that they expect to be acceped regardless of their willingness to sleep with a woman soon but look down on women who have been willing to sleep with other men.

Many women have a fear of being seen as easy. I think that dating hypocritical men who look down on you for doing the same with them what they did with you doesn't bode well in the long run, but this is unfortunately the reason for many women. Other times, if you don't like the guy outside of sex, there's no point in going to more dates with him because you already know that you won't see him again so if you're horny, you just jump at the opportunity to have sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/22 03:13 PM

It's crazy how many women put up with men they expect to be hypocrites. I've gone on dates with men who explicitely told me they respected me more for not sleeping with them and it just made me feel disgust at the idea of getting involved further with someone like this.

I think people spend most of their free time doomscrolling and believe that DailyMail articles represent the lives of average people. It's very similar to spend an inordinate amount of time reading about terrorist acts and not realizing that you're much more likely to die in a road accident.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 07:00 PM

What do you mean by 'high quality children'? High achievers? Having mommy stay home makes the boys more likely to be achievers, but also makes girls less likely to prioritize their own careers and achievements. The opposite would happen if dad stayed home and mom worked. In terms of discipline, that most likely will depend on the parents themselves rather than their role.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 06:44 PM
2

No, I'm not. You said it's middle class women mostly staying home, when it's not the case. My argument is also that, once your income surpasses a certain threshold its the relative income of the woman that matters, and not the income of the man.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 06:38 PM

Those beliefs are learnt at home. The dating scene simply enables people to act on those. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it is annoying to me. This is your problem, not the problem of the simps.

Ideally, children need to see that both mom and dad take care of them while also contributing to the household income. The traditional setup reduces women to glorified maids and men to ATM machines.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 06:32 PM
1

Not necessarily. Women who are most likely to stay at home are either lower middle class or upper middle class. If we look at class according to the husband's income, the groups most likely to stay home are lower-class and upper-class women. Middle-class and upper-middle class are the least to become homemakers. Also, the gender earning gap is a thing even before children are born. The higher the husband's income, the lower the wife's relative to his. Yes, some women make almost as much as their…

Why would any man who doesn't want to be a simp want to be with the kind of woman who would rather benefit from old gender dynamics? The same for women who dislike pickmes. Why would any woman genuinely looking for a balanced relationship wants a man who'd rather be dating and fucking pickmes?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 06:07 PM
2

The bigger her paycheck relative to yours, the less likely she's to stay home. If a woman brings 40% of the household income or more, her quitting her job would be a huge blow to your lifestyle. There might be exceptions, but the women who quit their jobs are generally the ones with not enough income to pay daycare, or those with very low earning potential compared to their husbands.

Women with OnlyFans. How many do you know and how many of them are forcing you to pay them? Age gap relationships. If both are adults, there's nobody for me to save. If you don't like older guys don't date them. Simps. Are these dudes spending your money? If not, get over it! Singles over 30. Just don't date them if it bothers you and if you're already married, why are you so obsessed with the relationship status of other people? Polyamory, swinging and other non-monogamous arrangements. This community is incredible polarized around the topic with red-leaning folks decrying marriage as a misandrist institution and women describing is as the holy grail of relationships, but everyone seems to forget that, as a legal institution, the effects of marriage will greatly vary based on your jurisdiction and your circumstances. Common law has almost the same effects as marriage in many jurisdictions. Where I'm at right now, the only difference between marriage and common law marriage is t…

There have always been women sexualizing themselves and I don't see why social media is any different. It's not my style, but people make of it a bigger problem then it actually is. It's up to individual women doing it to decide whether it's empowering, sad or business as usual. Some women pointed out to the lack of power or respect this pics might lead to. While I agree, I find it troublesome that men post shirtless pics all the time without getting accused of sexualizing themselves. The fact t…

A lot of people don't 'wait' to be 30, 30 simply happens to be the age when they feel prepared and meet someone they want a family with. Even if we assume that most people who are single in their 30s are promiscuous, it's not the sex that is the problem, it's risk seeking and other personality traits that make them unsuitable for marriage. Someone with BPD won't suddenly become marriage material just because they keep n count low and marry early. Also, if we are going to use anecdotes, I know pl…

And then you get the women who are afraid of being single in their 30s so they marry in their 20s to the first guy who's willing to marry them. I doubt that these women are happy or even prepared to raise a child, but hey, at least they weren't single when they hit 30.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/22 03:10 AM

I can understand someone having a different worldview than me, but I will not tolerate hypocrisy. And this is the problem. Many of the guys complaining about women's past either sleep around or want to sleep around themselves. Nobody cares when an inexperienced guy also wants an inexperienced woman. Women caring about a man's future also get their well deserved shit if they don't have a decent job or education themselves.

I can't and don't want to have sex with people I don't know well and I can't get off from being humiliated or humiliating my partner. I suspect that people who are genuinely into those kind of things have very low sensitivity to jealousy and don't see this sort of sex as humiliating.

It's not wrong or irrelevant. Alcohol decreases the physiological need for sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/22 09:49 PM

I didn't find evidence for this. Both men and women get more uninhibited, but their physical dtive for sex decreases. It's more obvious in men because of this leads to erection problems.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 05:43 PM

You're telling me that promiscuous women want relationships with the men they sleep with when there is evidence that a significant share of the female population engages in casual sex just for the sake of sex.

I agree, age difference is part of it, but the average age difference in the US is 2.5. I might be wrong, but I don't believe that this alone explains the 20 pt difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 04:34 PM
5

And these surveys also shows that a significant share of these women weren't looking for a relationship. The OP asked about promiscuous women. Women who engage in casual sex regularly aren't looking for a relationship with all the men they sleep, with some exceptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 04:26 PM
4

More women being in relationships than men is most likely the result of response bias in surveys which either leads partnered up women to be more likely to respond, or non-partnered men less likely to do so. Polyamory is very rare and female to male ratio is even. I don't see any other logical explanation for this. Some people would say that several women are dating one man, but most of these surveys look at cohabitating and married partners, so this wouldn't be a hood explanation either.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 04:15 PM

Women understand this perfectly well. The ones who are delusional are the men who believe that women who fuck around want them for more than just their dick.

The topic at hand is why women needed men in the context of marriage. Male innovation is irrelevant in this regard since the great majority of men didn't innovate and the innovations of the few didn't impact women in the context we're discussing. Women used to need men more than men needed women. The biggest problem for unmarried men was a lack of status, and maybe lack of sex if he had no access to prostitutes. Women needed men for survival because compared to men, their job opportunities were scarce. Convincing men about the great benefits of a good woman was probably just a way to incentivize more men to get married and take care of women and their families. I personally believe that both sexes can benefit from a good partner, whateve…

Context matters and the woman matters too. A woman with a more traditional upbringing might play the game because the believes in the chase. Other women are genuinely busy and often unavailable. Then there are the women who say "no" and really mean it.

Hatred is very often the product of our inability to reconciliate conflicting values. Some women like dominant men, but dislike this fact because they also want to be equal. That said, the women pinning for dominant men aren't necessarily the ones complaining about the lack of equality.

You're assuming that there's no such thing as a lack of feelings or curiosity towards something.

Woman in my early 30s. Value companionship, but don't care about marriage. Couldn't care less about male providers or who makes more in the relationship. That doesn't make me an outlier, but I'm probably seen as mentally ill by both TRP and FDS. I see both as a bunch of dudes and dudettes who try to cling to the most convinient parts of tradition as a self defense mechanism and then become bitter when the opposite sex doesn't let them have their cake and eat it too.

There are women out there who don't partake in hookups because they think hookups make them dirty. There are also women who simply don't give a shit about hookups. A complete lack of interest in certain activies is certainly a thing.

Fair enough, but the "problem" isn't the woman only but also the man in question. If a man doesn't sleep on the first date he won't try to sleep with you even if he know women who do this.

Plenty of women who aren't promiscuous, still don't hold the few men they date to the same decency standards, so if you are worried about her, you should also be worried about the standards of your non-promiscuous friends' boyftiends.

She could also catch something from a monogamous boyfriend who had unprotected sex with other women. There's no way to tell w/o a test.

If a man invited you to have sex on a first date, would you decline and keep dating him until you feel more comfortable, or you'd just move on to a man who doesn't sleep on a first date?

It might have something to do with the fact that men don't generally have "friends" calling them nasty and all kinds of names for engaging in casual sex, if anything, their male friends would be congratulating them. There are many sluts who lead normal lives and aren't calling their girlfriends at 2 in the morning, but i'm pretty sure many people would look down on them just for their n counts.

You seem to be new to PPD. Men say this kind of stuff all the time and us women shit on them just as much.

Do you apply the same standards to men?

TRP is a bunch of old stereotypes repackaged with new vocabulary. Goldiggers desiring sexually attractive men and marrying less attractive rich ones became af/bb, female promiscuity became the cock carousel, goldigging became hypergamy. These ideas are old as fuck. RP content creators are nothing but skilled marketers pretending to be human nature experts.

I have never once “made someone wait”, which makes it sound like a man sitting there desperately wanting sex and I am shooing them off me. This is exactly how I picture it: "bitch, give me that pus!" "No honey, not yet, I'm trying to figure out if you're a good man that's worth it"

Most people date first and then have sex, although sex first and then the rest might be quite common in some circles. This phenomenon already existed. We're not the first generation to turn one night stands into relationships.

I can't say much about your circle because I'm not familiar with it, but all experiments and research I've read on the topic is that the majority of people, even those who hold liberal attitudes, judge women harsher than men for their sexual behavior, and that a lot of regret women experience after ONSs comes from feeling "cheap" and "easy". Even if you read FDS their main concern about being "used" for sex comes down to men and women not "respecting" promiscuous women. I'm afraid we don't reall…

I don't want to specify the country for privacy reasons, but it was around Central America and the Caribbean. Can't they be virgin simply because they aren't attractive to get sex? That happens, but ugliness alone doesn't explain the lack of sex. Many of these virgins weren't unattractive and many unattractive women dated and even married pretty young.

I think it has more to do with the stigma that sex carries for women as opposed to any practical difference between men and women in these regards. I've known plenty of men who got sex easily, but constantly complained about not being able to find a steady relationship. These men weren't assumed to be losers or sluts like the women in their position would have been, but their problem was the same: they offered their committment to women who were out of their league, women who didn't like their r…

I've avoided men after having sex with them for different reasons. Many men didn't take very well the fact that I didn't want a relationship. Don't forget that you're in a sub full of men who say they only want sex while complaining that women aren't relationship material. If they truly cared about sex and only sex these guys wouldn't be here.

It's not about easy lay. When a someone is still a virgin past a certain age this means that they have a lower than average sex drive and are incompatible with most people, or the presence of some kind of hang up. I wasn't saving myself and what led me to have sex later in life was the fear of being used.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/21 04:01 PM

Somewhere in Latin America, which is more conservative than North America and Western Europe do you'd expect them to value virgins more.

I lived in a fairly conservative country and didn't have sex until I was 24. I heard guys saying that something must be wrong with a woman who was still a virgin in her 20s. Many of these guys didn't even know that I was inexperienced and made these comments to other men, so I can't even chalk this up to them trying to pressure me into bed. It would usually be other women telling me how great that I was "saving" myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/21 05:54 AM

That's not necessary true. Me and the few slutty women I knew ended up dating/marrying men more attractive or on the same level as their hookups.
