Paul Elam's past

I'm curious about the past of MRA Paul Elam. Hopefully the tenured members of this community can give insight about the alleged daughter and ex-wife interviews. It seems like a hit piece, but according to some ai chatbot, he has admitted to the mistakes.

Elam is framed as a "deadbeat" dad who victim-blamed his wife and refused parental responsibilities through the "termination of parental responsibilities", which is a legal protocol he allegedly followed to stop paying child support and whatnot.

I am skeptical. What context is there available that balances this? I find it had to believe that Janice Fiamengo, Karen Straughan or Cassie Jaye would host/support him if his actions were morally bankrupt.

As a child of a broken home, where the government intervened a few times, I saw things that now allow me to realize the importance of nuance, the failures of conventional morality to understand dysfunctional dynamics and how the legal system tends to oversimplify things just to be able to process cases.

Any insight is appreciate it.
