If you're committed to the view that this narrative is in any way sensible or logical, theres nothing anyone can say that'll convince you otherwise.

The only way out is growing up a bit, and that's going to take a bit of time and reflection I suppose.

Anyway if you're actually curious about why the roots of the redpill ideas are complete horseshit, you can read some critiques of the field of evolutionary psychology - I recommend watching Robert Sapolsky's lectures where he first explains specific ideas that were within scientific discussion (and not like made up on 4chan) and were debunked more than 70 years ago. At the end of his evo psych module he tears apart the evo psych style of argumentation as mostly pseudoscience (or rather just some having very weak standards for evidence)
