i´m 21M and i got a friend 19M called Alexander, and some years ago he was in a romantic relationship with other girl, called Melissa, that was not the best relationship, i remember that was pretty toxic, in both parts, im not going to say that my friend is the victim beause he was a asshole too.

So enventually that relationship end up very bad, Alexander fell into depression and he was very badly for days, during that time he was so deep into red pill and mgtow content, even he began to treat his own mother like shit, i was pretty sad about him, and one friend of him was trying to make him change of mind but at that time was hard, he was refering towards all the women like manipulators, evil beings, and any other negative adjective that you can find in internet.

i stop of treat him because i cant stand being with someone who is talking about "female nature" and quoting misogyny shit 24/7.

This year i met with him again and he had changed his point of view, he is not in red pill and mgtow anymore, but he is struggling with intrusive thoughts and they turn worse when he is treating with women, he is in a romantic relationship again, but, due the manosphera content, he has become in a very insecure person, everytime that he is not with his girlfriend he unconsciously thinks she is cheating him with a alfa-chad hypermasculinised, or even worse when we are on the streets and he sees a couple sharing love, the first thing that he thinks is that surely "she is cheating him with someone else, and his is being cucked", also he has a false rape report obsession, even he thinks his girlfriend is going to make him a false report one day and his life is going to be over.

My friend is fighting against this negative thoughts because he wants to clean his mind, and have a positive perspective about women, i don know, what should i do ? i have told him that time wash away all those kind of thoughts but he says that he has waited a lot and the thoughts are still there.
