Ok ladies, first and foremost thank you! I'm a longtime lurker and only last night did I decide to fully digest the FDS handbook.

The reason I turned to this sub last night is because I was ghosted by what I thought was a HVM. Usually I would be upset, wonder what I did wrong and mourn the loss of a great guy. Thanks to you ladies I realise he is LV. A HVM will let you know if he's lost interest.

From this day forward my standards are high and will be met. I am implementing these bad bitch strategies into my dating life and I have every belief this will work.

I will date more than one man at a time.

I will not measure their potential, I will measure their actions in the here and now.

My time is valuable and precious, he will make sure he's worthy.

I will abstain from sex until he has demonstrated his value and commitment.

These men will compete for my attention. I am a HVW and I will be wooed.

I will not be over eager to commit.

The first whiff of disrespect will result in being 100% cut out of my life.
